What are your turnaround times?
Once your design is approved and we’ve received full payment, you can expect your wholesale order in about 14 business days. For samples or custom pieces, it’s usually ready in 7-10 business days.
Need your order sooner? No problem! We can often rush your order for an extra fee, depending on our current workload. Just let us know if you’re in a hurry.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
- VIC: 2-5 business days
- NSW, SA, QLD, ACT, TAS: 5-7 business days
- WA, NT: 7+ business days

Do you have a walk-in store?
We don’t have a physical storefront open to the public. Our warehouse is based in Dingley, Melbourne. If you'd like to collect your order or discuss your project with us, please schedule an appointment in advance. We look forward to meeting with you!
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Absolutely! We reward your bulk orders with fantastic discounts. Here's how it works:
- Orders exceeding 20 pieces qualify for discounts on both garments and printing.
- Even steeper discounts are available as your order quantity increases, with special pricing brackets at 50, 100, 200, and 500 pieces.

Can I supply my own garments?
You can provide your own garments for orders of 50 pieces or more. Please note there are additional handling fees and specific terms and conditions involved. We can discuss these details further when you're ready to place your order.
What is the maximum print size?
Our maximum print sizes are:
- Screen printing: 32cm W x 38cm H
- Embroidery: 20cm W x 20cm H
- DTF: A3 size, which is 29cm W x 42cm H
If you have a larger design in mind, please reach out to discuss your options.
Are there set-up fees for a reprint?
- Screen printing: If you're reordering the exact same design, we charge a 50% setup fee.
- Embroidery: There’s a one-time setup fee for your first order, but you won't be charged again for the same design.
- DTF: There are no setup fees at all for DTF printing, no matter how many times you order.
What's your return policy?
Due to the nature of custom printing, returns will not be accepted for change of mind.
Returns may be accepted if you receive the wrong product or incorrect prints.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@nemprints.com.au. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All accepted returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the order. Please read through our terms and conditions before lodging a return. If accepted, orders can be reprinted or a full refund is given.
We do not take responsibility for shipping costs on returned orders.
